Howdy,
We're testing SP2 for deployment at work and as soon as I installed it I got
a STOP error because of a driver problem. This page has the information on
the 0x000000FC error I got:
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;EN-US;886348
It lists 2 workarounds which include 1) Disabling the driver causing the
probelm and 2) Turning off DEP.
Since I have no way of knowing which driver that might be causing the
problem, I had to use option 2 which did seem to work.
However, is there some way I can run a utility or check something to find
out which driver on my system is the one that's incompatible with DEP? I
have plenty of drivers on my Dell D610 but have no idea which one it might be
that's having issues.
Thanks for any help.
