Multiple wireless monitors displaying messages

I am looking to set up a bunch of wireless monitors/screens that would be located at different locations in a facility that I could refresh with different information periodically. Any ideas for hardware. I looked at Ultra Mobile PC's but don't want a keyboard that someone could potentially mess with and the wireless monitors are too simplistic in that I am guessing the range is to short and I couldn't easily pump a periodic message to without having multiple PC's and multiple programs. Anyone have any suggestions?
