a hdd with both NTFS & FAT: issues?

Hi, my hard disk is partitioned into 2 drives.

My C drive is NTFS and the other is FAT.

Are there problems associated with having different drive configurations on the same physical hard drive?

Nope!
I would ditch the fat partition unless its used for some special purpose like keeeping an image of your system or soemthing liek that!

Ps": my laptop came with a small 1gig partition containing the factory image...The partition is in fat and the rest is in NTFS. No problem whatsoever
