issues with unscrewed hdd?

hello, I was wondering if it's ok that a hard disk remain unscrewed.

As logn as youd otnhave pet that might pee on it or make it fall its all good.

I found that unscrewed VERTICAL hd can sometimes have more strain on them and make them break if they're reaally old(happened to me 2 weeks ago with a POS 480mb hd...)
