The SAMSUNG every time...goes without saying really....LOL!

My mate has the R518, well built, excellent quality, same as anything made by Samsung, you can't go wrong with their kit.

Packard Bell.....hmmmm, that's like asking if you should buy a Porsche 911 or a freakin' Toyota prius....!
