i just want to know if there is a software out there that can enable the feature so u can hotswap you HDD.

reason :
im currently running a WD raptor HDD as main boot, and i got a tray system for 2 HDD 1 300GB and 1 250GB. all connected to my onboard Via Sata raid controler. it does not have the hotswarp feature, so im forced to deisable my hdd from the system menu and then change drive. and it works fine, but it whould be nice if i could just disconnect it and change it.

That is only a feature of the raid controller hardware. I dont think there is software out there that can enable that.
You might be able to disable the cache on the disk to make it hotswappable but that would kill your performance.

go to device manager
right click on the hard drive you want to hotswap and go to properties
go to the policies tab and uncheck enable write caching on disk. or if "optimize for quick removal" is an avaliable choice choose that.

Cant .. already tryed that, its greyed out, only think it works if the controler supports it. but is there a way to get around it ? .. either by reg tweak or something simmilar.

my car's engine has 4 cylinders, but I'd like to have 6. Can I tweak the computer to have 2 extra cylinders???

if it is a physical limitation, then the answer is no.
