Hi,
I have a lexmark T640 and when I try and print a ~13MB word file (with some pictures) the printer hangs for about 10 seconds after the job has left the queue and then shows a Error 38 memory full. I printed off the menu settings page and the machine has installed and recognizes 64MB of RAM. I don't really understand how a printer works from this part but does it convert the file into some code the printer understands? Also would this conversion take up more space than the 13MB word file?

Or not..
Lexmark support website is useless and I'd be willing to try a firmware update but alas Lexmark support is useless. Ergo I'm on Toms Hardware trying to figure this one out.
