New pc monitor

Hello i dont know much about monitors but want a new monitor for my PC
Is this monitor good enough since i am on limited budget and since my computer is not very high ended

Looks like a nice monitor -- just make sure your "not very high ended" computer can handle the resolution (it probably can because refresh rate is lower on LCD than on CRT).

It is cheaper to buy from used computer stores or places like (shudders) Walmart. Dell monitors can be overly priced.

Dell monitors are expensive but good. Since your computer is 8 years old you can choose to buy a second LCD or a 15" or 17" monitor for they are much cheaper now. You can choose from samsung, acer, LG monitor. I still have a samsung 17" crt in good working condition.
