Hello everyone, this is my first post here. Greetings from Oz
Here's my problem - I have a DVD burner (Pioneer DVR-108) and if I put in an audio CD with multimedia extras, or a mixed mode CD, it can only see the audio files - the rest is completely invisible and inaccesable to the computer. It used to work perfectly before and now it won't.
I have the latest firmware installed, but that didn't fix it. I tried uninstalling, then re-installing the drivers but that didn't help either. The only thing I can think of is that I started having this problem after I installed Service Pack 2 for XP Pro. My friend is having the same problem with his DVD burner (DVR-109) and it seems that SP2 is the common factor.
I would greatly appreciate it if someone could tell me how to fix this problem. I bought some new music CDs that have multimedia content, and it's driving me insane that I can't see it.
Thanks to anyone who takes the time to read this and can give me some advice.
