External drive

hi, on my external drive i have a folder called Karaoke. its were i keep all my karaoke tunes....and also another karaoke folder called karaoke L this as all the tunes with the letter L... when i try and copy the karaoke tunes from L into Karaoke...only so many will transfer then i get a error saying Judds ( karaoke tune ) cannot be created..then the rest of the tunes with the same error....the external drive is Fat32 ..my laptop which it is connected to is NTFS please can you help?

Do the files that are unable to transfer play well or are some of the corrupted?
