i changed key boards and still the same keys do not function any clues?

What do you mean by "change the keyboard"? Did you just change the keys or the entire assembly?

i bought a brand new key board and installed that the first key board didnt work with those letters so i thought the key board was shot bought a new one and the same keys do not work the odds of the excact keys not working on a brand new (not used) key board is slim at best. I think there has to be a setting somewhere that is cuasing this.
