Nightmare in japanese

I have an Fujitsu-seimens laptop running XP Japanese, the full version not just the switch to Japanese for documents and stuff, the full when it boots says welcome in japanese and stays like it all the way through, Japanese, japanese,japanese.
Now i want to change the laptop for a Sony but cannot find a copy of XP HOME in Japanese to load on it.
If i install XP Home on the Sony how do i change it to FULL japanese
If i Ghost the Japanese Fuji drive, will it be compatable with the Sony's Bios
Am i getting anywhere with this explanation of what i am trying to do

AAAYYYYIIIIEEEEEEEE I have now removed the nail from my foot that is making me go round in circles, please dont make me re-nail it.

That wont do it, it is Japanese XP HOME that i want not English XP hOME with a language pack, if you do it your way none of the web sites etc will be in japanese, you would have to use Goole translate to translate a page that should be in Japanese (XP Home Japanese) but is in XP Home (english).
I know what you are trying to explain but if your answer was that simple solution, i would have done it before i put the nail in my foot again this morning
What about Ghosting the drive?
What about Bios compatability issues with Ghosting
