I have an old receiver that has only one optical input. I have any devices that have digital optical output. Is there a Hub or a device that I can use on the receiver that will allow me to connect multiple devices to this receiver and enjoy digital output.

Sure; theres a number of optical switches out there, and most recievers allow for connecting more then one optical (or coaxial) input/output.
