Hi Kelly,
I spent about 30 minutes on his web site looking for
such a thing. Where did you find it? (Probably right
under my nose too! :-[ )

The Bart's PE site has nothing to do with Andrew. He gave you the link:

I feel like I am lost in a fun house here. The link you provided is
the same link I provided in my original post. And, I visited it
yet again and did not find anything on editing the c: drive registry.
Doesn't mean it is not there; means if it is there, I can not find
it. Very frustration. And yes, "who" is on first and "what" is
on second.
If anyone knows were the link is to Bart PE's directions on
how to edit the registry, or just feels like spilling the
beans and letting me know how to do it, I would sincerely appreciate
it! (This is like trying to get a fisherman to give you directions
to a fishing hole!)

OK, I see your problem. You didn't "get" how to use Bart's. I'm sorry I
didn't understand that the first time.
I Googled around and found this forum that seems to be dedicated to
using Bart's PE:

Super! I'm so glad you found the answer. I hope you're able to fix the
computer now.
