g'Day All,

I have a problem with a number of applications in Windows Xp (SP2).

Using Word as an example...
If I double-click a file (.DOC), Word opens.
Word does not open the file I clicked, nor does it open a blank DOC as
usual.

Exactly the same happens if I Right-Click and choose 'Open'.

Any assistance would be appreciated!

Not completely.

There was a Stuffit AddIn that was causing a lot of problems.

I'll just disable them/re-install them one-by-one until I achieve
orbital velocity....

....course then there's re-entry......

Word has enough opportunities without addins, in my opinion.

I hate the Microsoft Works Suite Add-in for Word it screws up the Windows
Clipboard.

Wipes out may be the keywords. ;-)
