How to play xbox games on xbox360

Hello,
im trying to find out how to play the xbox games on my 360 i have two of then that rnt suported by my 360 so where can i get the software to ether play on my xbox 360 or on my pc

99 percent of x box games run on the 360 , but there are a few that wont i own two old sports games that wont run on my 360!
