I just bought this monitor and the only red light I see is right under the power button. Is there a way to turn on the red light that supposed to surround the whole monitor? Or is it supposed to just come on when your turn the monitor on? Meaning mine is broken?

The only red light is under the power button. Period.

You seem to be correct. After a bit more researching I found this review on youtube and it seems as though it's not a red light but just a red painted accent it does not light up per say.
