The end of AOL?

With the wide availability of broadband and now <A HREF="http://www.reuters.com/newsArticle.jhtml?type=internetNews&storyID=7103062" target="_new">this</A>, could this be the end of AOL?

If you're going to be a crook in the software industry, at least make the software decent. You have no idea the number of complaints my dealer gets about the systems he sells having problems with AOL software. Hard to believe AOL technicians are still telling people to change their modem driver to the wrong one when they have connectivity problems!
