I've been doing a little research on a few TV's that would back as a computer monitor for my small room in my new house. I thought i'd try to get a few peoples perspectives and if anyone has accomplished this feat, which i assume won't be hard...

I looked at the 26inch Sony AQOUS, and read the article on here but felt as if it didnt provide me with any help. I do own a 37inch Sony AQUOS as well and by the TV standpoint it amazes me, however, i have not been able to get a computer hooked up to it to see the resolution sizes and clearity.

I won't be using the computer for too many games, mainly just work, I have a Radeon 9800 Pro graphics card as well, which you all know has capabilities of the DVI and S-Video outputs.

Any suggestions / brands / experiences with this situation would be greatly appreciated. I'm not trying to rush into anything as I want something that won't be outdated in the near future.

I just bought a Prima 27" TV. not a huge brand name, but i was impressed with it. the price was remarkable compared to the bigger brands, and the quality was surprising. side by side, the 27" of it cost about the same as the Sharp 23" and the quality looked clearer and better contrast.

Best TV I've baught. CRYSTAL clear, watching movies on it at 720P is brilliant, and using it as an occiasional comp monitor is great.

seriously, just check out the reviews on it. all positve i've seen
