When i restart my pc it goes on and off
Last response: in Windows 7
my pc with a GA P35 dq6 motherboard with a 2.7 CPU intel celeron dual core with a radeon 5850 graphics card works fine until you restart. when you do a reboot or restart, the system shuts down and lights up then shuts down in a loop. it does not turn on. but when you shutdown and turn it on it works fine. only when you do a restart. help please
