My keyboard doesn't keep up with my tpying. I have a new Dell studio 17 about 4 months old

What kind of keyboard is it? USB connected or wireless? If it is USB connected, check the connection the computer. Maybe clean off the connector if possible. If it is wireless, the batteries could be dying or the wireless receiver isn't in range. Try moving the receiver closer to keyboard.

I had a similar problem with my hp wireless keyboard..try changing the port to which ur wireless receiver is connected..the current port may not be taking the load..or else change the batteries..
