So, I'm really looking into getting a nice sound system for my computer.
Simple question: Should I buy a nice set of Computer Speakers for my system or would it be better to invest in a home audio/theater system.
I plan on just playing games and watching DVD's on this machine. Got a nice 24in HD monitor as well.
I am definitely willing to spend the money but I was wondering if there would be an advantage to buying the home audio or regular computer speakers.

Well, you can get much better sound with a full out home theater style setup, but it will cost more as well. What kind of budget do you have?

What are you're requirements/speaker setup? Just audio, or a full HTPC setup?
