Deleted user account, lost everything in My Documents

Unfortunately i have deleted my administrator user account yesterday and I lost everything in my documents. Is there any possibility to recover the accounts or the documents?

When you deleting, did you keep your files? Check Recycle Bin. If there in nothing, then no way to recover files.

You've never heard of undelete programs, have you? There are always ways to recover data lost on a hard drive, maybe unless you encrypt/secure delete it.

I've used such software no problem before. If you erase something and you don't recover it before writing a ton of data, Windows might write over it and make it unrecoverable by software. You might have waited too long to use recovery software or done something else such as secure deletion, IDK.
