MY laptop screen is too bright i cant see anything.When i start my laptop its all normal but when all programs load than it TOO BRIGHT!!!

ITS JUST LIKE A FOG!!!

My laptop specs:

Hewlet-Packard

Model: HP Pavilion dv5 Notebook PC

Processor: AMD Turion (tm) X2 Dual-Core Mobile RM-70 2.00 GHZ

System is 32 bit

My monitor is Pnp-Standard (i think).

There's a Fn+ command you can give to your machine to turn down the brightness. Have you looked at your user manual? It will tell you..
