I was wondering, when installing the game is the green diamond suppose to become red with a line going through or what does this mean?

Ive never struck this issue when installing any of my Sims games, i assume this means the game has encountered a problem try completely uninstalling it ( this will delete any saved games you have so do this last ), clean the disks before trying to install them and make sure you have enough hard drive space to store the games on also i assume you have checked that your computer can play it but if not that would be a good place to start, what Sims games are on your computer?
