Restore toshiba satilite laptop to factory settings

i have a blue screen when i reboot and it keeps rebooting, i did manage to see a crash dump in the message in blue box. it doesnt stay up long enough. i want to take it back to factory, but it keeps rebooting. i can go to safe mode but dont know how to take it back to factory from safe mode. i dont have any cd's it didnt come with any.

Download HIRENS CD.... write it to cd and boot from it...then run the FULL hard drive test...

it should have a hidden recovery partition to do a restore

Press and hold the 0 (zero) key on your keyboard and then press the computers power switch

will also probably have software to make your own recovery dvds--though dont know if you can do that in safe mode

could also turn it on press f8 and try last known good configuration before trying a factory restore
