So I just got a new screen in today. A 22inch LCD HDTV VIEWSONIC VT2230 1080P. But there is this weird slight distoriation going down the screen. It doesn't really show up in movies, but with text its easier to see. For instance, in my mail, all the subject lines going down the screen, they fade from greyish back to their normal black, back and forth. Its there are like these points of deadish pixels, but not dead. And it seems selective about it. Any suggestions? Just return it right?

Try out these monitor tests, if there is a fault it might show up.
