The weight unit used is never mentioned in the Inquisitor rulebook. So what
the hell is Autopistol [...] Wt 20 supposed to mean? Is a purely imaginary
unit or did the authors had a real world unit in mind and just forgot to
mention it? I guess it's something British; lb? oz?

kinda. it's intended to have a basic correlation to characters' Strength
values, so most characters can't, say, fire a heavy bolter with each hand or
whatever. weapons and gear are assigned weights within rough parameters
suitable for their use by basic character classes - for example, your
average gunslinger-type character can usually use a pistol in each hand
without an accuracy penalty for excess weight, and so on. so it's not
supposed to represent any modern unit of measurement, only to work within
the framework of the game's measurements.
