I bought a G11 keyboard a few weeks ago, so far I am satisfied with the product although I have noticed that the backspace button is begining to develop a slight "squeak" noise when pressed. What is the best way to solve this problem, am I safe to remove the key with a screwdriver?

Any solutions or links to related sites would be a great help, thanks in advance.
