Niles audio troubleshooting

I have a Niles amplifier and speaker switch. they were hooked up by Sound Advice who is now out of business. For 2 years the switch and amplifier worked fine and provided sound from the receiver then one day no sound and I am not sure what to look for to troubleshoot the problem. Any help will be appreciated

I have a similar issue but it was suggested to me that I should get in touch with niles audio and they might be able to help with the issues. My problem is that it only has sound every few days. Explain that, right? Do you think they would offer free advice or would it cost me?
