Keys Sticking

I've been having problems with keys sticking in Halo, and
plenty of other non-MS games. I'm running XP home on a
Toshiba M35 laptop w/1.4ghz and 512megs. I thought upping
the ram would do it, but its still the same. Usually its
the arrow keys, but it can be with any key.
Interestingly, it happens more commonly with FPS games.

Anybody have similar problems and a possible solution?

When's the last time you cleaned the cookie crumbs out of your keyboard.
I have to do it at least every six months.
