can't see anything line everywhere

I installed evrything in a new RayMax black and red case and also bought a dvd player. The problem is that I can't see anything, very hard to see what I'm typing. There"s lines everywhere. I have a redeon 9700 pro

I can still see lines on my monitor.

I don't know what to do.

I checked the plug-in for the monitor that goes in the card. The pines were crooked. I straitened them out. Still there's lines everywhere on my monitor
