Please explain what "hot swapping" in Harddisk drives means exactly. Does it perhaps mean that I can plug and unplug a HDD while a computer is powered on? Or do I have it all wrong
Tell me this then , what would happen if I would jank out the hotswappable drive where the current system and windows is running on , what would you say would happen !?
When I do that, it just pop the removable media wizzard scanning the drive and asking me what I want to do with that drive and which program I want to use to do it.

You can't hot-swap the windows drives because windows is running there. If you had a second drive, you could use the "safely remove hardware" tool from the windows tray menu.
