I want a good all rounder,with a fair bit of downloading. all are priced the same at under £400 in the uk.

Stay away from the toshiba and the HP. Celerons are junk. I'd probably go with the Acer for the performance aspects and the big screen, but Acers have been known to over heat. So I'd do a bit of research on that model just to be sure.

The Acer is the best balanced machine on there. I'd go for that.

I would go with anything that dose not have intel GPU when it comes to notebooks
I would go with the ati chipset it will make all the difference now that flash will be more GPU bound among other things.

you would see the benifit of the ATi chipset the most across those choices the most thanks to the video performance thats actually decent and almost dedicated
