I want a good all rounder,with a fair bit of downloading. all are priced the same at under £400 in the uk.

Stay away from the toshiba and the HP. Celerons are junk. I'd probably go with the Acer for the performance aspects and the big screen, but Acers have been known to over heat. So I'd do a bit of research on that model just to be sure.

I would go with anything that dose not have intel GPU when it comes to notebooks
I would go with the ati chipset it will make all the difference now that flash will be more GPU bound among other things.
