Get it from the cable company, you need their decoder anyway for the channels. Or you can just connect the cable to a TV with a tuner without the box. You won't get any scrambled channels that way, but also won't have to pay a rental fee for additional cable boxes. The poster above is wrong about a splitter, unless you split the video signal coming out of the cable box you have, which is silly. If you split the cable before it hits your cable box, you can tune anything separately.
