kingston hyperx 1gb stick (ever made?)

hey guys, im looking for a kingston hyperx PC2700 (as i think thats the only version which would have a 2-2-2-5 spec). I cant find ANYTHING anywhere anymore with 2-2-2-5, 1gb chip. I already have 2 512 chips, so id like to just get 1gb chip, or would it be smarter to buy 2 1gb chips?

EDIT: i know people always said to run ram in sync with the others, which is why im asking/looking for that specific type. it would ADVERSLEY affect anything if i was to get a pc3200 2-3-2-5 or anything, would it? i know that my 2-2-2-5 memory would only be able to run at 2-3-2-5, and the whatever speed ram i get would only be able to run at pc2700 since thats what my ram is currently.<P ID="edit"><FONT SIZE=-1><EM>Edited by cgilroy on 10/09/05 04:42 AM.</EM></FONT></P>

You can run PC3200 at PC2700 speed, or even lower as needed. And 2-3-2-5 PC3200 might be able to run at 2-2-2-5 when slowed to PC2700 speed. You'd have to force that setting by making the adjustment in BIOS.
