Best two out of three: Samsung 225bw, 206bw or 2263uw?

Hi all,

I'm looking for a new LCD for my girlfriend's computer - she wants to play mid - low level games like sims 3 and TF2. I'm building her a system and I just bought a Samsung 225bw 22", which I got for $150 off craigslist. However, I just saw a 2263uw 22" which has a glossy finish and a webcam, for $125. Considering that this is a newer monitor it sounds like better value to me.

Also, my current monitor is a 20" 206bw, which I'm pretty happy with. I could sell either of my current monitors and get the 225uw - which two do you think are best? Both monitors are used for browsing/office, movies and light gaming. Image quality/response time is more important than size.
