hello friends,

i am using broadband internet connection through cable(lan
cable). now my problem is that, i am unable to connect to
internet. whenever i restart my computer i got connected,
but after 2 to 5 minutes i lost connection. when i restart
my computer, it is doing ping to my gateway but after 5
minutes it stops doing ping and doesnot connect to
internet.
my lancard is working properly, please help me.

first check the firmware version wether it updated
second if so then contact ur isp make sure Nat disabled
in ur cable modem
