Sound problem

There is sound problem in my computer. I tried speaker as wel as headfone but no result, i have installed drive and in device manager i checked there is no yellow color exist in sound section... Please help

control panel-->sound-->audio tab-->do you have a default audio device selected?

Check the volume control and make sure it's not muted and turned up.

Yes default audio device is selected. It is something like 3-media...

Are you plugging the speakers into the right port? It's usually a green one.

Do you use an add on sound card or onboard sound?

Check the BIOS to see if audio is enabled. Probably under the integrated peripherals section.
