Printer keeps giving message to load paper tray, but both are full. If print job set to Tray 1, get message for that tray; when set to MPF, get message for that. So I'm guessing it's not the paper sensor, assuming there is a separate one for each? If not, and if that is likely the problem, does anyone know how to replace it?
