Missing dll files

Archived from groups: microsoft.public.windowsxp.general (More info?)

Systemworks says pncrt.dll and mscoree.dll are both missing. How can I repair
these missing files?

pncrt.dll is part of Microsoft Visual Studio 6.0.

One Button Checkup reports that the file V2iConsole.exe cannot access the
file Mscoree.dll
