Is there un 22" panel with 1920 X 1200 resolution ? The 24" panel is too large for me. I'd like one smaller. If there is, wich is the best buy ?

No not anymore. The Lenovo Thinkvision L220x was your only choice, but is no longer in production. It was unique and it also sported a S-PVA panel, instead of a TN panel.

There are plenty of 21.6" 1920 x 1080 monitor though.
