I recently changed my printer head because my printer was only printing in gray. Now that I put the new printer head and ink in the printer, it will only print in black and yellow. It shows that I still have color ink available. What could be the problem?

I think you have to go for kodak help center.
And also kodak providing live chat with their technical support agent.
So,go for kodak's site.
