lol the windows password ??, if so ill play devils advocate and tell you how you can reset her password without knowing it but you must be an administrator and obviously she will find out as you will have changed it.

go to Start -> Run or hold the windows key and press R.
when the run box appears type in "control userpasswords2" without the quotes, click on her username and click reset password.

the only things that keeps me from giving this info out is the miss use that it might bring up...
