I'm not sure if anyone can help me but, I am looking for some software that could allow me to time how long a light is on with a webcam. I don't care about movement or anything else just the high contrast of a very bright light. Also I do not even care to record what the cam is seeing just time how long that light is on.
I've looked into motion detection software and that would allow me to record when the light is turned on but it does not allow me to stop recording when the light is turned off.
