I am a gamer, usualy COD4 and COD5, crysis ect...

never used a trackwheel before i was wondering if they're better than a moving laser mouse
any ideas? if not is there like a glove or any other device that makes gaming point and shoot easier more accurate and better regardless of the price

I have a Logitech G9, and I love it. I've tried trackballs before, and I vastly prefer standard mice.

I would advise going with what you feel most comfortable with. I personally don't use a trackball mouse very often, so for me a long session of COD with one would probably kill my thumb.
I know people that swear by them, but I never could adjust enough to it to reap the benefits they claim them to have.
I would say that in a FPS, you could be quicker with a t.b. if you accustomed to it.
