Same model number 2 different chips

I have a dual cpu mobo had 1 stick of 1 gig on one cpu 1 gig stick on other, matching model numbers matching chips. Ordered 2 more 1 gig sticks, they came same model numbers as 1st set but with different chips. I think 1st set was micron and new set is samsung. So just pair the 2 new sticks for 1 cpu and pair up the old 2 for other cpu. This isn't a problem?

Yes, pair the Microns together, and pair the Samsungs together for the other chip.
