Hey guys, I'm running Logitech's top 5.1 speakers (Z-680s, well they were recently replaced by the Z5500s) - anyway they are 500w THX-cert ones. I have an Audigy2 ZS.

The subwoofer works fine in music, DVDs, and games too. However, in the creative "speaker test" deal the sub will NOT play for "channel" or for "noise." it either plays nothing or redirects it to FR-satellite.

I've been playing F.E.A.R. and when I play the game WITHOUT audio hardware mixing, it plays only stero but with subwoofer/bass. However when I turn ON audio hardware mixing, it goes to 5.1 but suddenly everything sounds hollow and the sub does not work.

I'm guessing there is some kind of corralation here? Can anyone help with this problem?

Thanks so much!
