Hey, so how do i know what memory will fit my motherboard? im gonn upgrade to a gig i bought two 512's they dont fit my motherboard is only bout 2 years old....r there models for different motherboards?

Ampo is the brand of the memory, didnt know had to fit the motherboard lol guess i should have payed more attention bah

AMD motherboard? Intel?

Basically i just need to know how u know that its going to fit the motherboard.

get the model number of your board and look it up on google. The model number should be around the middle of your board or the box it came in.
