With the audio circuitry on the board next to everthing else it is possible to get noise in the audio. Mine pops sometimes on a few games but over all is pretty good. If it does it all the time no matter what your doing then I would say you have a definite problem somewhere. Try turning the computer volume down a little and turn the speaker volume up to see if it makes any difference.

OK when i turn down the main volume down a little
it's ok.
